ArchCare at Ferncliff Rehabilitation Center's Transitional Care Unit can help you get back to your daily routine. We provide the highest quality short term and post acute rehabilitation in a relaxing atmosphere of support, compassion and encouragement.

We provide an expert team of physical, occupational and speech therapists who develop a customized plan to restore you to your highest level of abilities. Our staff are all licensed professionals with over 100 years combined experience in stroke rehabilitation, muscle re-education techniques, biofeedback, wound care and wheelchair assisted technologies.
Physical Therapy
At ArchCare at Ferncliff, your Physical Therapist will personalize a program and design a plan based on your individual goals (i.e., getting down to play with your grandchildren or getting back onto the golf course.) Over the course of your program, you will develop the strength and capabilities to reach those important goals while at the same time achieving the highest level of independence in everyday tasks such as walking and getting in and out of bed.
Occupational Therapy
You want to get back to your regular routine, whether that involves cooking, caring for your pets or pursuing both indoor and outdoor activities. An Occupational Therapist will develop a personalized program to help you get back on track. It is our goal to see you regain your sense of independence and become self-sufficient once again.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy concentrates on helping patients to re-develop memory skills in order to communicate effectively. Your ArchCare at Ferncliff Speech Pathologist will assist you with language and cognitive skills following a stroke or brain injury.
