First Time Users.
WHAT IS MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
Example: If your name is Abigail Brightwater, your User ID is: Abrightwater
Your initial password is: welcome1
(Password is case sensitive. There is no space between welcome and 1)
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS e-LEARNING
This indicates that you have a special User ID. The CHCS HelpDesk must be notified in order for you to receive a special User ID. Special User ID's are necessary when two or more employees have the same first initial and last names.
1. Click on the "Login" link to your right
2. Type in your user ID and password (case sensitive) given to you.
3. Click on Go. DO NOT CLICK ON CREATE NEW USER.
YOU WILL NOW NEED TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
- Select Edit Profile at the right-hand top of the page
- Be patient as it is loading (may take a moment or two)
- DO NOT change anything else except your password
- Click in the box "CHANGE PASSWORD'
- Type in a NEW password (one that you will remember)
- Click in the box "CONFIRM PASSWORD" and type in your new password again.
- Click on SAVE at the bottom of the page
****BE SURE YOU REMEMBER YOUR NEW PASSWORD****
To Begin a Course.
1. Click on the GREEN Circle at the left of the course you wish to view
2. This will bring you to the Course Description and Instructor notes
3. After reading the course description, Click OK
4. Now click directly on the course name
5. Click on the ORANGE Square with the GREEN Arrow to get you into the course
6. View your selected course and exit as instructed at the end of the course
7. To review your completion status and post test score your must:
8. Click on REPORT CARD above the course selections
9. Once you are finished reviewing your report card by scrolling down through your courses: Click on the tab at the bottom that says “CLOSE”.
10. REMEMBER to click LOGOFF at the upper right of the screen when you are finished
