St. Teresa's reputation in the Middletown area is unsurpassed. We have 25% of our residents return home to the community (after being rehabilitated) on a regular basis. Our rehabilitation program, which is six days a week, is recognized by the community and area hospitals routinely. Additionally, St. Teresa's does not use agency nursing staff, which helps to enhance its homelike atmosphere. In the coming months we are increasing development of resident centered care by adding steam table/restaurant style dining, a private dining area, and a host of other individualized touches.

St. Teresa's values its Catholic traditions while serving people of all faiths. With a leadership board comprised of caring community members, the Center welcomes the active involvement of its residents' families and friends, as well as volunteers and supporters from the surrounding community.
