Residential End Stage Dialysis Unit

This residential unit accommodates the needs of end stage renal dialysis clients who benefit from a skilled nursing facility setting. The convenient access to our fully equipped dialysis clinic located on the same floor eliminates the tedious ambulette trips so difficult for our residents homebound counterparts.

The 57-bed unit features a Board Certified Nephrologist, a highly trained nutritionist, and specialized mental health services. In addition, the unit has a dedicated healthcare team with 24-hour, on-site medical coverage and respiratory therapy, nurses with acute care experience and advanced training, and a full range of physical, occupational and speech therapy.
