Your Medical Plan Options
ArchCare offers a choice of three medical plans through Emblem Health. All regular full-time and part-time benefit eligible Care Members are eligible to enroll in ArchCare’s health insurance plan as of the first of the month following the completion of one month of employment. Our Wellness program is designed to support the wellness and healthy living efforts already underway by most of our Care Members and to encourage others to join us. It is our hope that the activities in the program will help each person make healthy decisions through a focus on Prevention and Action no matter where you are in your wellness efforts.
We are happy to announce, that through our new partnership with WellRight, we can provide enhancements to our wellness benefit. One of the new features of the wellness program allows you to accumulate points to earn "Wellness" contributions. Care Members must accumulate a minimum of 250 points per quarter to qualify for Wellness Contributions (1000 points by year end).
