You may be eligible to join ArchCare Advantage if you meet all of the following:
- You are enrolled in Medicare Part B and entitled to Medicare Part A;
- You live in the five boroughs of New York City or Westchester, or in Dutchess, Onondaga, Orange or Putnam County; and,
- You need nursing-home-level care.
