Low-Income Premium Subsidies
If you get extra help from Medicare to help pay for your Medicare prescription drug plan costs, your monthly plan premium will be lower than what it would be if you did not get extra help from Medicare. The amount of extra help you get will determine your total monthly plan premium as a member of our plan.
ArchCare Advantage’s premium includes coverage for both medical services and prescription drug coverage.
This 2021 table shows you what your monthly plan premium will be if you get extra help.
|Your Level of Extra Help||Monthly Premium of $42.40|
|100% Subsidy||Member Has $0 Premium|
|75% Subsidy||Member Has $10.60 Premium|
|50% Subsidy||Member Has $21.20 Premium|
|25% Subsidy||Member Has $31.80 Premium|
|0% Subsidy||Member Has $42.40 Premium|
