ArchCare Expands Network of Care with Montefiore Health System

ArchCare, the Archdiocese of New York’s healthcare system that every day cares for more than 9,000 seniors, the poor and persons with special needs, today announced a formal partnership with Montefiore Health System in which its physicians and other members of their clinical care teams will work alongside ArchCare’s Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) team to provide high-quality, at-home healthcare for eligible patients.
