Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) are enjoying a moment in the limelight, as the Biden Administration and congressional Democrats push to expand home-and-community-based services. But during a webinar Wednesday sponsored by the healthcare advocacy group Altarum, PACE administrators said accessibility and policy changes must be addressed in Washington, D.C., in order for the program to grow.
