TOWN OF ULSTER, N.Y. — Cardinal Timothy Dolan will be here next week to announce new home health care services in Ulster and Dutchess counties provided by ArchCare, the health care system of the Archdiocese of New York. 

Dolan, the New York archbishop, is scheduled to be at ArchCare at Home (formerly Always There Home Care), 918 Ulster Ave., at 1:45 p.m. Monday.
