About the ArchCare Satisfaction and Loyalty Survey
At ArchCare, we are focused on providing a remarkable experience, every time. To ensure we are meeting the needs of those we serve, we ask them to complete a survey following their treatment at our short-term rehabilitation centers and during their stay in our long term care facilities. Surveys are submitted by actual patients and verified by National Research Corporation, a leader in independent patient satisfaction surveys. National Research Corporation provides the technology used to display ratings and comments on our program pages so that prospective patients may see what ArchCare patients have to say about their overall experience.
Do you post all comments?
ArchCare is committed to transparency. All comments are posted, with these exceptions: Offensive, slanderous, libelous or profane language; individual's names or detailed descriptions that may jeopardize patient privacy/confidentiality; comments about other providers, departments or instances of care are not posted.
Why do we ask?
We want to make sure that ArchCare remains the best in New York State, and that our patients receive the most remakarable experience possible.
How is patient information protected?
Patient names are never used or displayed with any online rating or comment/suggestion. All personal identification is removed prior to display. Only the comments/suggestions remain.
