The ArchCare Senior Life Specialized Care is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) specially designed to meet the health and social needs of seniors who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. This special PACE model of care provides all the healthcare and other services seniors need to stay healthy and continue to live safely in the community in their homes for as long as possible.
ArchCare Senior Life Services:
- Our care team is trained in American Sign Language
- Behavioral intervention specialist
- Team-based care management
- 24/7 access to nurses and physicians
- Adult day care with recreational and educational activities
- Home care
- Rehabilitation therapies
- Social work services
- Nutritional services, including meals
- Personal care
- Transportation to and from the program
- Respite care
- Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS)
- Family and participant support groups
