Welcome to ArchCare at
San Vicente de Paúl Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.

900 Intervale Avenue
Bronx, NY 10459

A cornerstone of the community, San Vicente de Paúl has provided loving care for families in the Bronx and surrounding area for 30 years. The bright, Mediterranean-architecture and leafy private garden provide a lovely backdrop for all the things that make San Vicente de Paúl special. From our bilingual staff, to tight-knit neighborhood partnerships, to a culture that reflects our residents’ backgrounds and interests, we make sure everyone feels they belong here.

Assisted Living Program & Licensed Home Care Service Agency

San Vicente de Paúl’s Assisted Living Program offers housing for people with disabilities who wish to maintain their independence but require extra assistance with activities of daily living. Eligible residents of the program receive services through our Licensed Home Care Service Agency, which extend well beyond those offered in a typical enriched living or adult home setting.

Nice to meet you.

I love our “Family Fun Day.” It’s a wonderful outdoor Carnival. We had a dunk tank, gaming booths with prizes, live music, a caricaturist, a clown who doubled as a balloon artist, and of course, popcorn, hot dogs and a coquito cart.

Our Protect Infection Prevention Program

We are committed to keeping those in our care safe and healthy towards infectious threats. Throughout the continuum of care, preventive strategies, including vaccination, hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and early testing if exposed and symptomatic, are discussed and encouraged with residents, plan participants, and their families.

Our comprehensive infection prevention initiative includes ongoing monitoring by our staff, including an Infection Prevention and Control Nurse (IPCs) at every nursing home and an Infectious Disease Medical Director. The IPCs conduct daily rounds and ensure that staff are following proper PPE usage as well as help to create a safe environment for all in our care.

Safety training for all staff members for in-home visits

PPE protocol followed at all times
