The rankings are a result of a comprehensive evaluation based on five data sources. Another service offered at San Vicente de Paúl is ArchCare’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) center, known as ArchCare Senior Life. This managed long-term care plan is a Medicaid/Medicare program designed specifically for adults 55+ requiring nursing home-level care but who wish to remain at home. ArchCare Senior Life provides a dedicated interdisciplinary team to coordinate all aspects of care, allowing older adults to comfortably age in place.
