The rankings are a result of a comprehensive evaluation based on five data sources. These include nursing home performance, accreditations from the Joint Commission and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, resident satisfaction data, medical professionals’ surveys, and the facility’s response and protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. San Vicente de Paúl’s commitment to excellence places it among the nation’s top-tier facilities.
