What is the coverage/cost for ArchCare Senior Life?
Most participants qualify for zero monthly cost share or zero premium based on income.
Who is eligible for ArchCare Senior Life?
55 years of age or older, eligible for nursing home level care by New York State, require more than 120 days of community based long term care services, reside in our service areas (Manhattan, The Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester), Be able to live safely in the community with PACE assistance at the time of enrollment.

Will this affect my Medicare or Medicaid benefits?
No, Members in ArchCare Community Life (MLTC) will not affect coverage for your Medicare or Medicaid medical benefits.
